Directions
1 Sachet dispersed in 8oz (200ml) glass of water or freshly pressed juice per day. Mix well. Use entire contents of Sachet immediately after opening. Store at room temperature.
Alternatively, make 1 Litre of probiotic yogurt, using the Progurt Incubator. Free from all additives and brimming with live beneficial probiotic bacteria. Consume 200ml or more of Progurt per day.
Ingredients
1 trillion beneficial bacteria capability per Sachet. Human Probiotic Isolates (HPI) of Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB) and Bifidobacteria (including Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Bifidus and Streptococcus Thermophilus), Inactivated Yeast Extract, Cellulose.

Having suffered with indigestion for some 40 years I am so pleased to have discovered Proghurt! I make the sachets into yogurt so it lasts me a week. As long as I have my special yoghurt at least 4 times a week my digestion is great. I can’t recommend this product highly enough.

For financial reasons, I had to stop buying this amazing supplement. Within a few weeks, I started experiencing gas at night and poor sleep. As soon as I started using the product again, I felt much better.
That said, getting the product was not as simple as just placing an order and receiving it. Somewhere along the way, it was held in customs, not released, and the whole process became very complicated. Thankfully, the PROGURT staff was amazing and handled everything. Once I started taking it again, the results were amazing.
