Shipping Fees & Delivery Times (delivery times may vary due to COVID 19)

Product is dispatched on weekdays from our distribution center in Toronto.

For Orders over $300
Free 2-6 day delivery on Orders over $300 CAD

For Orders under $300
Flat Rate Fee of $12.00 for 2-6 day delivery (Excluding Alberta & BC)
OR, a Flat Rate Fee of $18.00 for 2-6 day delivery (Alberta & BC)

Shipping Terms

All orders placed before 11:00AM Canada Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched same day.
All orders placed after 11:00AM Canada Eastern Standard Time (Monday-Friday), and on weekends, will be dispatched next business day.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only, and commence from the date of dispatch.

Progurt Canada will use best efforts to meet the indicated delivery times.

For delivery questions please refer to the email you received with the tracking information.

If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to Progurt Canada and we will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternate delivery. Charges for re- shipments will be the customers responsibility.

Loss Of Goods

The risk of loss of goods shall be passed to you upon delivery of your product to Progurt Canada’s nominated shipping agent. For all deliveries for which you authorize the goods to be left at your specified address, your order will have been deemed delivered as if it had been signed for. Progurt Canada will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or liability as a result of this authority.

Prices and Payment

1. All prices on the website are in CAD dollars and do not include applicable sales taxes. The total cost including any applicable taxes will be displayed during check-out, once you have selected your billing and shipping address. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. The amount payable to Progurt Canada for an Order (Order Amount) will be the total of the following amounts:

a. the sum of the price of each Product ordered as indicated on the website at the time of submitting the Order (Product Subtotal);

b. the cost of delivery determined in accordance with Delivery stated above, and

c. the sum of any other fees which Progurt Canada levies from time to time and which you have agreed to pay by providing your electronic consent (e.g. subscription fees).

4. You must pay the Order Amount by credit card at the time of submitting the Order. Progurt Canada accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.

Refunds and Returns

Items purchased on the Progurt Canada website cannot be returned. Items purchased in a retail health store, health practitioner office, or elsewhere, must be returned to their original point of purchase within 10 days.

Should you make an error when ordering online, Progurt Canada will gladly exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase, within 10 days. The returned item must be unopened and in its original salable condition and expiry date. You are responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
