½ - 1 cup of seasonal berries - single or mixed berries
Progurt Yogurt – up to 1 cup - as desired
Add fresh organic berries to the Progurt Yogurt and give it a whiz in a blender or bullet-type appliance.
As soon as it becomes berry-colored, stop the blender and pour the smoothie into a glass.
