Add chopped/sliced/mashed organic avocado to a bowl of Progurt Yogurt.
As desired, add: chopped cilantro, cumin, scallion, garlic, a drizzle of olive oil.
Add some good sea salt, or open and sprinkle on a couple of Progurt PH Caps to taste.
Dip with organic blue corn chips or choice of raw veggies or endive scoops.
